The Pace of Technological Adoption is Speeding Up

In a previous post on designer babies, I argue that allowing the rich to purchase luxury goods has the benefit of making those goods available to most people in the long run.

Here’s an article from the HBR blog on the spread of technology. It claims that the pace of technological adoption is increasing, such that new technologies are spread to the masses more quickly now than in the past.
