Current issue of Public Affairs Quarterly

The current issue of Public Affairs Quarterly (vol. 30, no. 3, July 2015) has a lot to offer readers of this blog.

In addition to papers by myself (on why it is immoral for the WHO to encourage countries to pursue policies of national self-sufficiency in blood and blood products) and Christopher Freiman (on the marginal cases argument for open immigration), there are papers on the use of nudging in public policy, the limitations of private land ownership, the limits of liberal tolerance, and paternalism and food regulation.
