Trump seems like a real asshole, though it’s possible he’s just saying stupid and vile things because doing so is a smart way to win office.

However, it’s worth taking a moment to reflect: As of right now, Donald Trump is morally superior to Hillary Clinton.

Consider two different people:
1. Hillie has held power for quite some time. She’s used her power to do evil things, such as supporting the drug war, channeling money to crony capitalists, and supporting drone strikes which predictably kill large numbers of innocent people.
2. Donnie has never held power. Now, if he had power, he plans to be an even bigger asshole than Hillie. However, as of now, all he’s done is advocate doing evil stuff. He hasn’t done it.

In this situation, Hillie is worse than Donnie, because Hillie has done bad things, while Donnie has merely intended to do bad things. Murdering people is far worse than wanting to murder people.

Of course, that doesn’t mean you should vote for Donnie over Hillie, as Donnie intends to be an even bigger jerk than Hillie. Still, as of now, were the world to end, Hillie would go to a lower circle of hell than Donnie would.

Now, back to real people: Trump has used his influence to push for eminent domain abuse and the like. So, he has in fact done some bad things. But he hasn’t done the bad stuff Clinton’s done. For the sake of Trump’s soul, let’s keep it that way!
